Here you can hear or download Podcasts recorded by the teacher. These Podcasts contain review information for your quizzes and exams, so, don’t miss them!

I have several options for you depending on the hardware and/or software you possess. Please select the option that matches your situation:

1. I possess an Apple iPod® brand MP3 player.

-First, you need the iTunes software. Chances are, you already have this software installed in your computer. If for any reason you don’t have it, click here to download it. Install the software, and move on to the next step.

-Now that you have the iTunes software installed and running… you will have to wait until the biology teacher sets up his iTunes account. You might also need a valid account to access and download the biology Podcasts to your iPod using the iTunes software. The opening of an iTunes account requires credit card information… so it’s not an easy setup for everyone. Meanwhile, check the next option - it may be useful for all MP3 players (including your iPod).

2. I possess an MP3 player (not the iPod brand) or a cell phone capable of reproducing MP3 files.

-You will have to manually download the Podcast file and upload it to your MP3 player using a USB cable or cradle, and you may also require the file transfering software that came with your MP3 player or cell phone. Please click on “download” for every Podcast you want to download, from the Podcast list below.

3. I don’t have an MP3 player or a cell phone capable of reproducing MP3 files.

-Don’t worry: You can actually reproduce and hear the Podcasts using your computer. WARNING: If you are at school, do not play the Podcasts using the computer’s external speakers, as the sound might disturb or distract other persons who are working inside the laboratory. You will have to bring a set of headphones and plug them to the computer before hearing any Podcasts.

Podcast transcriptions: You can see and print the transcription of every Podcast and in this way, you can read along the same information narrated by the teacher.
