Welcome to the Brainpop section!
Wait a minute… what is “Brainpop”? Well, it’s a webpage with lots of cartoon-like animations, all related to learning! It’s like watching an animated and fun show that explains many Biology (and other subjects’) contents in a very understandable way.
Below you will find a list of the Brainpop animations that I recommend as a review before your quizzes or exam. Note that Brainpop requires a USERNAME and PASSWORD:
Username: esbin2
Password: biology2
The above login information will expire on Sunday October 7th 2007. That day I will have a new username and password prepared for you.
Extra tip: There is a function that allows one to see closed captions while watching the animations. Look for the next icon while you are watching the Brainpop shows:

Click on that icon and you’ll see the text from the narration, and every animation will become even more easy for you.

Brainpop animations, Period 1:
Kingdoms
(Teacher’s notes: This animation explains another classification for the Kingdoms, which includes 6 of them - the monera kingdom is split in two separate kingdoms. However, in the quizzes and exam, you will group all the bacteria into the single Kingdom of Monera)
